Suspended Line

On Tuesday March 12th I reeived an sms from Altech Autopage saying that my account was outstanding by R133.49 and that I should pay an extra R49 reconnection fee or else my line will be suspended. That same afternoon I paid my account as I realized that my line had already been suspended. A day later I phoned them to tell them that I had paid and needed my line to be opened. I was told that it would happen by the end of the day. The following day my line was still suspended and when I called I was answered by a very rude lady who told me to exercise patience and that it will take two days for my line to be opened and that it is not her fault that I am not receiving my statement as the post office workers are on strike. I asked her to send me an sms with my account a few days before due date so I can pay and she told me that it was not her responsibility to do that. Up to today my line has not been restored. I use this line to receive emails and basically it is my business line. For the past week I have not been able to do any business nor receive my emails on the go and it is greatly affecting my business. My question is does Altech Autopage want a pound of my flesh?
