How staff acn abe so rude to customers is shocking

On the 14th of February my daughter bought an internet bundle and was not sure how to load it. She phoned the call centre and asked for assistance. The lady helped her but unfortunately between the two of them they chose the wrong option. I called and tried to get the problem resolved i spoke to a helpful lady who told me that i could use the data purchased and that i could use it within 2 months. I tried today to use the bundle and there was a problem i called the call centre and the lady named Maria was so rude and had no idea what i was talking about as first she said there was nothing purchased then there was then there wasn't, after being spoken to badly i asked to be put through to her supervisor named Khumulani Zulu who said that he would investigate the problem and get back to me. When he returned the call he was extremely arrogant, unhelpful and rude indifferent and his goal was clearly not resolve the problem and made it very clear that I was wrong and he was right. As a paying customer i do not think that i was deserved to be treated in this manner. I feel that a company the size on MTN would train their staff to provide at least a minimum amount of customer service.
