We went to upgrade our contracts at Vodashop on 09/03/2013.My mom wanted a black BB 9360 and i wanted a white one.My mom got her phone but i was told that they dont have stock of the white one but they will order one and it will be ready for collect on the latest 13/03/2013 - THE LADY WILL PHONE US.They lady assisting us were adement that we MUST buy screen covers for our phones.We told her that we are not interrested but she just wouldn't let it go.After a while we agreed to buy the screen covers because we were told that Vodacom wouldnt replace or fix the phones if there were scratched on the screen within 7 days.She came back and told us that they dont have stock of the covers?? All of the sudden now Vodacom will have no problem assiting us if something happened to the phone.We were expecting a call from the lady on Wednesday to say we can come and collect but no-one phoned.My mom phoned them on Thursday but the lady told her that they received an e-mail that the white BB is discontinued.Why must we phone Vodashop? Isnt it their work to let us know of these things? My mom asked her why she just didnt let as know sooner but the lady simply IGNORED my mom!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE!?
