I upgraded my phone and because of shortage of stock in the type of phone I'm looking for, they said I'd have to wait two weeks. It's now a month and a half later, they supposedly still have no stock and forbid they arrange to get it from another branch or warehouse. Vodaworld was just as useless in assisting me. I'm now paying a more expensive contract rate and I don't even have the new phone. I've never been so disgusted with service in my life. Why must I drive around every weekend and constantly phone them to get my new phone. There was no followup, no one contacted me and everyone has a different story. I really hope someone contacts me and helps me with this matter... but I wont hold my breath...
