I sent my blackberry 9790 for repairs to cell c pavilion which is the store I got it from 5 months ago. On the 26th of February 2013 I sent the phone for repairs due to the phone switching off on its own. When I called the store on the 15 march 2013 to check on the progress. They told me that the phone is repaired and I can collect it. When I handed the repair document to the guy at the counter it took him 30min to find the phone. He then said it had a faulty accessory which they replaced. The phone was off when I took it. When I arrived home the phone is not charging and not coming on. When I called the store the same guy answered the call and said that my battery is gone and needs to be replaced. Which is not under warranty.

What nonsense is this my phone is only 4 months old and to have this problem. Plus my phone went for repairs and they did nothing.

Very disappointing.
