I am very upset to find out that my current phone was insured with vodacom for only R2500.00
I took the Blackberry Tourch and asked to have it insurrance with Vodacaom. I have signed for the necessary permission to add that to my contract
When I put in a claim for liquid damage two weeks back I was informed that I do have insurance but only for R2500. Why was I not informed of that on the time when we discussed the insurance. I was happely under the impression that my phone was fully covered.
I had to except that they cannot give me the original Blackberry Touch and had to take a Blackberry Curve for the value of R2500.00 and on top of that I needed to pay for the liquid damage R500.00 and the access fee of R300.00.
My understanding when requisted for insurance on the contract for the phone I took (Blackberry Tourch) was fully covered, and for the mistake Vodacom make I now have to be satisfied with the error.
Am I to take responsibility that when I requisted for insurance they did their work corrently. I am the client with requests and as a Consultans they need to know to do they work corrently.
Why do I need to suffer for their mistake.
