I've waited for a package to be delivered from CellC. After TWO WEEKS when i eventually got the package, they've delivered the wrong sim-card, as i needed a micro-sim. I cannot get hold of their call centers, . They are not replying on the customer service emails. Another week has past, and i don't know what to do. This is the first contract that i get from CellC, and will surely be the last. They claim they are one of the best service providers, but they are definitely NOT living up to that. So now i am paying for something, that i cannot even use. How pathetic is that!
