We reported a fault on our line on the 7 March 2013, it is now 6 days and no progress, it is frustrating it is a business line, and every day you phone you hear the same story, they are working on the line, i phoned today just to be told by the call centre person, telkom is in my office working on the line, it must be his ghost because there is no one near us.
When is telkom going to start working for a change, when will the lines be fixed???
