NASHUA MOBILE MIGHT AS WELL JUST CLOSE THEIR DOORS

Took my Blackberry in for repairs boksburg Nashua. Told the lady I can't wait a month and longer for my phone Directed me to Nashua midrand. Technicians is on site and will be able to help me straight away or just wait a few days. Went to Nashua Midrand.By them it will take 30 working days?? Why that long I just think it's terrible service and just they would know. Oh now their technician's is in JET PARK? I told him what's wrong with my phone and says its software (ITS NOT THE FLIPPEN SOFTWARE) I must give it a week to see how it goes. After the software gave errors to him I got my phone back and the next day it started rebooting and switching off from the start where is was and worse because as soon as it came on it rebooted again? Firstly I said it's not the software, secondly why does it take so long to repair UNDER WARRANTY (You don't get a replacement phone so why pay your contract while you don't even have that phone for that long) as I took it to Vodacom yesterday they said they will fix it.will only take 7-14 days. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will NEVER EVER suggest NASHUA to ANYONE!! Vodacom's service you get is excellent and quick!
