I bought R150 airtime, which i wanted to convert into data bundles later. so just after i purchased the airtime, i received a notification telling me i had received 400mb free, couple of free smss and minutes. So since i wanted use the internet, i just thought of using the free 400mb till they finish. so i could convert my airtime to bundles. day 1 i used the 400mb well and got had abt 251mb left wen i stop. Day 2 i was surprised to find out my airtime which i hadnt touch was now R106! i then call the cellc call centre and the person i spoke to, opened a case for me and said they would callme to discuss my issue, then the following morning i just received any sms from them. which i didnt understand what it meant, which didnt answer my problem.
