Pathetic service from management down

On the 24th of February I applied for a package migration for my son from top up 315 to Smart Standard and bought him data as the migration only happens on the first of the month. This was done at the Vodacom store in Benmore. I was not told that the data allocation was pro rata. The sim swap kicked in that afternoon but no data. The next day I purchased a once off 250mb bundle and again no data. I called every day that week and received no joy. After the migration, it took an extra half a day for the data to arrive. I have also added a month to month extra 250mb. Today, my son checked his data balance and it says no active bundle. Vodacom undertake to send an sms when the data bundle is expiring so as to give the customer an option to but a bundle or pay out of bundle rates. After 10 minutes of security checks and being placed on hold, vodacom is offline. I have been told that he received the data. Query closed and 14 days to re- open. December query inly one credit note received. Other one is now a DEBIT. Team leaders do not call back neither do their bosses!! I am owed a lot of money and I am on the phone an hour a day spending my time with security checks!! USELESS company!!?
