Unfortunately I am horrified to report my absolute dissatisfaction with Vodacom... I have been a Vodacom client for years most of which have been happy however recently something has changed, you see I upgraded my cell phone contract to a Blackberry in about September 2011. All was going well until 2/3 months later when the phone broke and it was taken in. I was given a refurbished phone... this happened another 5 times!!! Yes I have had about 5 refurbished BlackBerrys. I tried to complain to Vodacom, saying that the phone was brand new (2/3 months old) when this all started. When they tried to give me my sixth refurbished phone after a short period of constant swopping of phones - I freaked. I was told I would get a brand new phone from Vodacom Sandton. Sadly, when examining this phone it was also a refurbished however it gave no problems so I chose to except it. I have had the phone for a good while and all of the sudden the phone said 'phone not allowed - M66' (which means the phone is blacklisted) - after all my drama with Vodacom I find this deeply disturbing because a blacklisted phone is - so is Sandton Vodacom giving out phones??? I have no signal, I
