VODACOM DIDN'T CHANGE MY BANKING DETAILS IN 2012

On 12 Nov 2012 my husband signed a letter at Vodacom Kuruman (Lucia Luus) to change our Banking Details, but accounts dept. didn't change it so Vodacom blocked my account - my account now in arrears. On 8/3/13 I phoned and talk to Tameen. He said although it was Vodacom's fault, I'm still responsible. He was very rude to me, keep interrupting while I was talking. On various occations I asked him to keep quiet so that I can talk. He changed my banking details only on 8/3/13. Today 13/3/13 I spoked to a supervisor, Masabate. She also agreed that the fault was on Vadacom's side because they didn't change my banking details and she said they didn't put in a debit order since 2012. She said I must pay the whole outstanding amount of R447. They can only dispute the R100 they charged per debit order that didn't went through. My dispute is that I can't be held liable for the outstanding amount or any arrears, because I changed all my details in 2012. If Vodacom did their work, this problem wouldn't have happened. I am very disappointed with Vodacom's services and bad attitude towards me as a customer. Vodacom must pay the whole outstanding amount. Debit order amount R149p/m. Please help me
