Service fail AGAIN!!!

Incorrect data allocated to 2 contracts i upgraded last month. logged a case 1/03 - 4135589. called last week spoke to Gertrude - she promised to get back to me regarding billing-Never did. Called Monday - Gerard said case sorted- someone will call in afternoon to give feeback-no one did. called yesterday spoke to team leader Lovita- promised to get feedback and call me back "soon" - never did.

Problems:
1) 1st contract - recvd 250Mb data Not 750Mb
2) 2nd contract - recvd 500Mb data not 750Mb
3) because i upgraded in month 22 of initial contract - you charging device fee for new contract from month 22 = 26months instead of 24. I am being overcharged by 2 months

Only 3 Solutions I will accept:

Solution 1:
Month is already 50% thru - data is useless cos it will now just expire. I want both contracts credited with prorata for the data - and correctly allocated from next month
The device fee credited off my account for 2 months for both iphones as the total charges paid cannot exceed the agreed device fee.

Solution 2:
cancel both contracts and collect devices

Solution3:
Failure to agree to either of above solutions in 24hrs - refer to consumer Council.
