I booked my iphone 4s on the 20/02/2013 at the cell c in westgate, the unit was freezing continuously and this was irritating me. considering that i got the phone in december 2012 on contract, so when i went to collect the phone yesterday the 12/03/2013. i was amazed that my phone is now badly scratched at the top left and bottom right corners of the phone, and the both scratches had reddish colour on them. i then informed the consultant Thulani that i wont accept this phone in this condition. as it did have any scratches when it left and he booked the unit for me and he as well agreed with me.
i then realised when he was re-booking the unit that they dont bubble wrap these units, he placed in a clear zip bag and into to the RAM parcel bag that's it. this is a R7000 unit and they dont take precautions when transporting it. i just was my phone the way it was or a new replacement unit.
