My Blackberry 9360 stopped working. When I took it in for repairs Amanda @ MTN said that my phone was blacklisted. I told her that I had my phone all the time and it could not be blacklisted. After that she called MTN head office and their repair centre HVRC and it had come to my knowledge at that time that I was given a blacklisted phone. In January I was given a refurbished phone after my phone went in for repairs the second time. This is the 3rd time my phone went in and I am really upset as this is through their negligence. This is a major inconvenience as I do not have a phone to use. They do not offer a replacement phone. I would like to be reimbursed for all the time that I am paying on the contract and when my phone is with MTN and I want a brand new phone.
