I asked for two contract numbers to be end, this was in Dec 2012 they informed me that I can only cancel end Feb this is when the contract end. I informed them to go ahead with the cancellation. the two number is 0724081569 and 0822103625. they cancelled the 072 number end Feb. BUT the 082 number was not cancelled. I called them after the Friday to enquire why the number was not cancelled they told me that the cancellation was cancelled. I informed them that I did not cancel the cancellation and I want to know what happen. they called me back and said that they made a mistake I must not use the air time and they will cancel the contract on the 4th this was not done, I quest becasue the air time was used BUT it was so little that was used. I have been try every day to get hold of the cancellation dept on num 0821958 they dont answer the calls all that you hear is music that play in your ear. I asked that managers contact me to no avail still watiing for Lindiwe to call me back. Olga answser the call and put me on hold and cut me. the service is BAD. I want them to cancel the contract and take the air time and place the num on pre-paid. I never ever want to deal with Vodacom.
