Change of bank account details

In Sept 2012 I changed the bank account details for my monthly payment on the Cell C internet just to realised at the end of Sept the debit order still went off from the old bank account. Phoned the Call Centre to ask them to update their system beginning of Oct 2012. So again, at the end of Oct 2012 the payment went off the old bank account. Phoned again beginning of Nov 2012 and they confirmed acc has been updated. I realised in March 2013 my monthly payment is still going off the old account number, phoned Cell C on 7 March 2013 to confirm account number and the call centre agent confirmed correct bank acc has been loaded. Cell C lodged a query on the 8th, but still no feedback. I even went to the local shop to see for myself that the new bank account details do in fact reflect on their system. Meanwhile, I got a sms saying that my account is arrears. What a bunch of. What was suppose to be a plain simple request has turned out to be a nightmare. I suppose if you pay cheap for your contract, you get cheap service.
