Vodacom has a bad bad service eve

In 2011 i bought a contract cellphone from Vodacom paying R524 for 24 months. The contract was a top-up contract, R300 worth of airtime and it had insurance. Earlier during the year of 2010 i lost my job and Vodacom was informed. I tried by all means to pay my monthly installment of which i couldn't manage at the end.

The Vodacom insurance failed to kick in as i was failing to pay the installment, as a result i was listed. I started to pay the account last year 2012 and i finished paying the rest last month, February via their debt collector TS Legal.

I have paid the insurance and the top-up airtime that i didn't benefit from. To date i'm still listed, no proof of settlement has been provided either by TS legal nor Vodacom, My Transunion profile hasn't been updated, yet Vodacom is benefiting from my money. How long must i wait for Vodacom to treat me like a customer? Should i still go around tell my friends and family how good is Vodacom? I'm really sick and tired of Vodacom and their bad bad service, all they care about is more money coming in. Well lets see who is going to bring money in now.
