Signed up for Mweb 2Mbps adsl line with uncapped data at the beginning of February. After downloading 30Gigs of data i was permanently throttled down to less than 0.2Mbps (less than 10% of the speed i am paying for) The throttling was re-set from the first of march but again, after 30Gigs i have been throttled to less than 10% of the line speed i am paying for.
This is false advertizing since i do not receive an uncapped service as advertized because the throttled speeds are so slow i can barely browse a normal web page after 30gigs.
I have cancelled the product and dont want mweb to contact me regarding this but i would just like to warn other people before they are mislead by mwebs advertizing as i was.
