Cell C shocking service and passing of the buck!!

Hi Cell C,

I signed a deal through fnb to receive a cell c sim card for my tablet as they were offering a special of 2Gigs data per month for R99. I received the sim card last week Monday, up until now the car has not been activated. I have called the Cell C call centre about 5 times and each time I hold for about 30 mins and when I phone they tell me they can't help me as I am in the wrong department but I had actually dialled 084145 which is for activations. Eventually I spoke to a guy who took down all my details and promised my card will be activated within 30 mins and this was on Thursday and still nothing. Friday I phoned twice, asked to speak to supervisor or manager and was told I can't speak to them as they will tell me the same thing as call centre agent. The agent escalated the matter to supervisor and promised 24 hour turnaround time, it is now 3:17pm on Monday as still all from Cell C. It is my first time using Cell C and I am appalled at the service, I am shocked and this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never recommend Cell C as a service provider until now.
