Good Day,
Tired of complaining and action must be taken now!!! My BB Curve touch sreen has been in for repairs now for the 5th time, and every time it comes back still the same with the same problems. every time its inconvenient for me to drive up and down. I have larged a complaint before with hello peter, a Rochelle phoned me not too sure from where & told me to book my phone in which i have done on the 22/02/13 and that i should send her the IMEI no and JOB no, which i did on the 25/02/13. I do get delivery reports to say it was READ, when she phoned me the Thursday the 28/02/13 and told me she is still waiting for all those details, where i told her i have sent it and she says i didnt, the email address i used was the 1 i had to reply to [Email Removed] the arrangement was that i do that and that i would receive a brand new phone??? well my phone came back that Thursday the 27/02/13 which i got an sms from Vodacom Repair Centre Alberton... the 5th REFURBISHED phone!!! According to my knowledge, VODACOM came out with new rules last year sometime, where i can ask for a different model but within the same price range. Go read on Vodacom web site CPA!!! this is URGENT!
