STILL DEDUCTED MONEY FOR EMAIL ACCOUNT ENDED 2010

I had an email account set-up with my Cell C contract which ended - June 2010 - up to date Onebox is still deducting the money of my bank account each month although my contract expired in 2010 - I've tried on numerous occassions to stop the debit order, but withou any success - After long investigations I managed to find out the Onebox is responsible for this email account - I then sent emails stating my situation and requested a refund for the ast 32 months that they still deducted the money - they were very unhelpfull and stated that I have use the email these past months and can not refund - it just shows how stupid they are as the email account stopped the day my contract expired and with that also my number that I used then, so how in the world can it be possible for me to have use the mail??? I urge Hellopeter to please sorth out this mess for me and urge Onebox for my refund
