Hi I recently have bought a house in a complex called Rushbrook Tides in Mosely Park Durban. I appied for my phone to move from my old address to my new one I got an order ref no of 72588299A. When I moved in the Telkom technician called me and then said there are no line in the complex I have to wait. Anyway I went down to Telkom direct in Pinetown and have been going at least twice a week and I cannot get a line.

I have offered at my own cost to run a cable from my house to Telkom pole which is 20 meter away from my house at my own cost. But I told by telkom if they give it me then everyone will want it. If they confident that everyone will want it they why not put the exchange in and make money.

My Complaint is this I cannot get an answer out of Telkom I told there is a planning number for my complex and telkom have told customer must go onto 3g. Well hello 3g not uncapped and I want an uncapped product. Furthermore I have tried Neotel, Webstorm and 2 other providers and no one can give me broadband.

I feel it is my right as a tax paying citzen who is willing to pay for his internet that I should get service and at the very least a date when the line will be installed
