Being billed for of things I did not ask for

I was charged for BIS for a couple of months, I own an Iphone so I have no reason to ask for it in any case. I confronted them about 6 times (with other problems included). On my itemized billing it shows that I have been charged for BIS and Friday Mtn (mall @carnival) calls me and says they cant pay back the R300 they owe me for the Bis because it is not on their systems so I showed send them a statement via email, why should I when it is on my itemized billing which should also be on their systems because that is how the send an itemized billing in the first place.
Ever since I got my contract on 18 Oct. 2012 I have not paid my R279 R20 for itemized billing that I have signed up for which is in my contract. There was a month where I paid R730 and the other months was R500 and R400 over and all I get are excuses and a lot of money from me for things I still don't know what for.
I all so got a block on my phone now and I did not ask nor give consent to put a block on.
If I could cancel this contract without paying in so much I would have done it long ago.
It is not the east rand mall or mall@carnival branch it is mtn in general head offices that are screwing ppl over like this.
