My husband took out a contract with cellc it was a upgrade statements are coming every month but no itemised billing called many times almost every month when he receive his statement with no itemised bill according to them they are posting the itemised bill then after so much of phone calls and put on hold for so long at any givin time He told He wants to cancel his contract they refused then He told them to credit his acc for all the months that they didn't send him those bills they told they cannot do that then after couple days they sent him 3months itemised bills witch he didn't ask for cause it's of no use to him cause he cannot recall 3months itemised calls the contract was taken out in september 2011 he received the 3months itemised bill January 2012 tired of calling them and explaining the samething every time he does not know if he was charged extra on calls that's why they didn't send him those itemised billing how are they going to sort this out it's of no use to get those itemised bills now in 2013
