After my previous report about bad reception with my cellc contracts, a cell c Representative called me back and told me to:
1. Put my service provider to vodacom when I travel.
2. Put my phone on 2g instead of 3g.
3. Wait until cell c worked out their reception issues.
I would now like to know, after cell c admitted that they can not provide me the services I pay them for and have a contract with them, why should I still honour the contract.
Just look at their response, use another network, use a slower connection and keep on paying my contract for services they are still working on.
