I was offered a Telkom special of 5gig data line rental with modem for R399 p/m
I have not signed any contract.
I was not made aware that I was going to be double billed on the first invoice.
My first invoice arrived today. I was billed pro-rata for the first month. (I accept this)
I was billed in full for a second month. (I was not informed of this.)
I was billed a THIRD month for the Data usage (Telkom admit this was error)
Telkom, your FIRST BILL to a new client is INCORRECT!
Telkom, you did not notify me of the double billing that would occur.
This by all accounts is illegal, and I hereby make this public to all who view.
Please contact me with the CORRECT SINGLE MONTH PRO-RATA BILL... in line and accordance with the National CPA.
