I posted a complaint regarding a DATA Bundle that I never received notification for to activate and consequently used up airtime instead. I received a reply with a sorry excuse of "2 sms's are send" Yea well, I DID NOT get the second SMS until the next day.
I wrote a complaint on MTN's Website and again received the same excuse. I have the proof on my phone of when I received the SMS's.
1 - Purchased the Data Bundle
Received an SMS
2 - Used the "data bundle" but actually used credit
3 - Phoned 808 who told me to activate the data bundle
4 - Activated the bundle and continued using it
Received an sms saying it's active
5 - Received an SMS the NEXT DAY! saying I have to activate the bundle. (This is the supposed SMS that was meant to accompany the first SMS)
Solution: supply me with an email address where I can send you the phone screenshots of sms's and dates received.
