UNABLE TO CANCEL MY TELKOM LNE

My husband and I will be relocating to Uk on 31 March 2013, I went to Telkom direct fourways to notify them that we want to cancel our service with 30 March being the last day, I have already notified Afrihost with whom I have my adsl and they dont have any issues cancelling on 30 March 2013. Telkom on the other hand wants me to cancel afrihost now in order to cancel my line in 1 month's time, i have told them that I need my adsl and telkom line running this month but they wont hear anything, I have been told that I will get billed for April as well even though I have given them 1 months notice. I have a new tenant moving into my home on the 1 April 2013 and he will be transferring his line so all Telkom is doing is double charging and basically 1 months rental and line service money from me. I would like to chat to someone that can actually help me resolve this issue asap. I will not be paying telkom service in April!!!
