Today I phoned cell to upgrade my contract. While doing this I enquired about my second contract about upgrading it. When the second contract came up for renewal last year I inform Cell C i did want a phone but would move to their straight talk packages. I was then informed that should I wish to cancell, I can with one months notice. The lady I spoke too today told me that Xolani who initially helped me did do this and I can't cancell my service to upgrade to another package. I told her that the conversations are recorded. She then informed she would get Xolani and his supervisor to contact me. I have waiting for the call the entie day. This is not the services I expect from Cell C after being a loyal customer for more than 6 years! I don't like being too!
