My contract with Vodacom was not renewed when the 24 month period terminated. The number was converted into a pay as you go. In December 2012 the number was ported to Cell C. Vodacom continues to debit my account. Upon enquiry, I'm pushed from pillar to post and every month, my account is debited for a service I no longer receive from Vodacom. The call Centre has not been helpful. They advise that yes my number was successfully converted into a pay as you go. Yes it was subsequently ported to Cell C but no, they cant tell me why I'm still being billed by them. Someone please help me!
