I receiced a call from Jabbaconnect, they offered me a contract for a cellphone. The cellphone that was delieverd to me was not the one that I was looking for. I sent the email to jabbaconnect that am no longer interested in the contract. They sent the guys from courrier service to collect the phone from me, which I haven't used the phone. They said to me I must pay R500 for cancellation, no-one explained to me that I mmust pay the fee. I went to bank to cancell their debit order because the phone was no longer on my posession. I went to check my itc record and I found that jabbaconnect have blacklisted me on itc for R3000 .I never used the cellphone and when I call them their consultants are very rude. They know how handle the customer queries. Can someone help me regarding this case.
