ONE WEEK AND STILL IGNORED

It is now ONE WEEK since I lodged a complaint about Cell C and there has been no resolution or contact.

My original complaint received a standard response on the same day, saying I would be contacted the following day. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED SINCE THEN. WHERE IS MY NEXT DAY CONTACT BY AYANDA as promised by cell C?

My phone received on 18th Feb is STILL not activated. I am continuing to feed my old sim with prepaid vouchers. I have given up on phoning 084145#3 as there continues to be no reply.

Cell C has the cell number I use and my email address. There are no missed calls on my phone. there is no voice mail. there is no random email "missed" in my spam folder.

WHY HAS THIS COMPLAINT NOT BEEN ATTENDED TO??? What type of service is this??? What about the contract that I am being charged for and not able to use?? Does Cell C care at all about new contracts??

I have been a Cell C customer for close on 10 years. I do not see how I can continue to be a loyal and promoting customer when the service level is as abysmal as this.

I want my contract activated and credit for the services I have not yet been able to use (balance of Straight up 100 for Feb).
