The saga continues!!

Last year in November I eventually got my wifes sim swop sorted out (after about 5 months), with help from Funiwe Hintsho at Cell C & Hello Peter. Unfortunately, I forgot to reinstate the debit order payments so in December I got an sms stating I was owing R250 & the number would be blocked if it was not paid. I had the debit order stop payment removed & emailed Funiwe to ask her if Cell C would resubmit the debit order, or should I pay by EFT. I got no response & so paid by EFT & faxed the payment to Cell C. Then on 3 January I wanted to add a data package to my existing contract but the consultant said my credit rating would have to be upgraded because of the previous problems, & he would have to wait for modem stocks before he could proceed with this. I left it at that & all seemed well until last week when I got a call saying R125 was owing on my account. I paid by EFT & faxed the payment confirmation on the 10th. This morning I went to the Cell C shop to find out if the modem stocks had come in & they had, but when the consultant wanted to submit the contract, my existing number came up as deactivated. So once again Cell C customer service incompetence has come out tops!
