Cell C debited my bank account with R733.00 on the 27/02/2013. I contacted them the same day seeing that I made a cash payment to Cell C Nedbank account. I asked them to load a new debit order on my account for the end of March 2013. So I made a cash payment and they debited my bank account as well. since the 27th of Feb 2013. I have been in contact with Cell C. But no joy!!! I phoned them again today 07/03/2013 to enquire about my refund. Now I need to confirm my banking details again, and they will ONLY refund me R224.00
