I have had enough!

I am a young female who purchased a blackberry on contract from Vodacom just last year July, the phone is not even a year old! It was turning off on it's own and had terrible battery life so on the 18th of February this year I took it in to Vodacom Cresta Repairs and was told I could collect the phone within 24-48 hours, on wednesday the 27th February exactly TEN days later my phone was "ready"for collection, I collected and was given a new battery and apparently the phone underwent a software upgrade. I took it home and charged it and to my surprise had no screen whatsoever! I phoned vodacom the following day and was told to drop it off on the friday as my hours did not suit the technicians although it was in their operating hours, I dropped the phone off on friday the 1st of March, delt with the rudest staff I have ever met whom needless to say hardly gave me eye contact despite any service. I collected the phone on tuesday the 05th of March and was told by a staff member I should never have bought a Blackberry it is a problematic phone (Great to be told this now when I AM STILL PAYING FOR THE PHONE) well back to vodacom cresta again today, phone is still NOT fixed! DISAPPOINTED!
