Terrible attitude and no follow up from complaints

I went into the store in Cavendish to enquire about data for my girlfriends dongle, Mandisa was extremely rude to me and unhelpful, seems like she was upset about something and taking it out on the customers. She said she could not help me with checking if my dongle was working as i needed to bring in ID and proofe of residence to buy a new sim card. When I asked if they had one in the shop to just test she said no and wnet nuts at me in a manner that no staff member should to a client. iI then reported that to MTN who sent me a mail to confirm that they would get back to me, which they never did. Your USD reference number is: MTN REQ:1806951 . I know MTN is notorious for bad service but this is a joke. This staff member needs a serious attitude adjustment or needs to get out of the service industry.
