Incorrect billing

I have a home land line, which i never use to have a problem.
I then took up A 24 MONTH CONTRACT IPAD and internet plan with telkom, which i regret
this was last year October remember its a 24 MONTH CONTRACT and they are 2 seprate line, but telkom added the bought bill together, and now im being billed for the 24 month contract in ONE month, so what happen to the 24 month contract, they disconnected my land line at home because i dont know what my bills is, when i call telkom its the worst call centre or service in the entire country, they dont know what to do and can not help, u get the most useless and pathetic services ever, TELKOM ON ITS OWN IS USELESS
Please can i have my account sorted, I want me land line on a seprate billing and my internet line on a 24 month contract
