Unable to help me?

My cellphone got but I was due for an upgrade. I received my new Nokia Asha 302 phone and went to Vodacare Canal Walk to do a SIM swap. I did the swap, paid the R64, waited 3 days.
I inserted the new SIM in phone, but I could not access the internet, everything else worked, calls and sms. I took the phone back to Vodacare, they worked on it said I got a faulty SIM and had to do another SIM swap. I did it, paid the money, waited 3 days. When it got activated it gave the same error. I took it back and again they worked on it. Now they told me the phone was faulty and that I should take it to the Nokia care shop.
The phone was with Nokia for 3 weeks. When it came back it still did not work. Nokia told me it was a Vodacom problem. I took it back to Vodacare, they told me they need to send the phone away, but are going to charge me. The phone is a new, I have used it for 4 days. They said because Nokia replaced a part, it is not under there warranty. When I told them they told me to take it to Nokia, they said that they shouldn't have told me to do that. The guy was unhelpful and only gave me the customer care number to call. He did not know what to do.
I am not happy.
