2 days & still no joy from Vodacom

I have spent 2 days trying to get through to Vodacom's 0821959 so called Upgrades call center. I have tried calling close to 10 times and have spend no less than 15 mins on the line at a time with no success. What the is going on with the call center - where is your staff??? Surely if you have high demand you will make sure you have the capacity to handle such a demand!!! If you phone the Customer Care line, all the agents say is: " Sorry I cant help, please call 0821959" and if you tell them you have done it a thousand times, they say " Can I transfer you" and put you back in the queue, so what is the freaking point!!! All I want to know is when I can upgrade cause I am getting conflicting information and what phones I qualify for... How hard can that be. I have even sent Vodacom a mail and still no response... SERIOUSLY!!! It just seems like great service is hard to find...
