VODACOM SOFTLOCKED MY PHONE

When I signed the contract with Vodacom, I asked that the debit order will go off on the 7th of every month. For more than a year, the debit order went off on the 1st, every month. December 2012 I started to pay cash for three months. February 2013, I put a hold on my cheque account because the debit order still goes through after I called them and gave them new banking details. Vodacom costs me R250 at the bank. On the 3rd every month Vodacom suspends my phones by softlocking 3 of my phones. My phones are paid in full up to date. February 2013 I asked Vodacom to put the debit order through on the 7th of every month from 7 March 2013. Last night Vodacom suspended my service on all three phones again. I called head office and I was told that my account is in arrears and it is the system. Now they have to FEED the system the INFORMATION that I only pay the bill for my THREE accounts on the 7th of EVERY MONTH. This is abuse of my credit record.
