A while ago vodacom gave my husband a call, telling him we can get another phone for free on our existing vodacom account. wow, a samsung, R1000 gift card at homemark! So after we received the new phone, we saw we are getting billed for it every month, but hey, we've got a gift card. So, getting to my point! I'm trying for a few months now to get through to them. no luck. the one activation number on the card is always busy or just ringing. all the other numbers is no use. I send a email. They replied once, asking me a question. So, at last I got through to them, they said my gift card would be activated within 24 hours.. its almost 2 months now. Not activated yet. I don't even want to know how much airtime I spend trying to get through to them. But now I am done trying. Everyone must know how pathetic they are!
