SIM SWOP - LINE NOT OPENED

I was in the Vodacom for u shop at Woodlands Shopping Centre and was most irritated with the young shop
assistant as she was not really friendly and had bad attitude.

They didn't have stock of the Blackberry 9320 and i asked her to do a sim swop. She did it and never
opened the line. Told us to wait for 4 to 6 hours and only to find out on Monday afternoon as i contacted
the call centre that she neglected to open the phone line.
