I requested a Itemised billing from Vodacom, one that can't help you if you want to query your data usage, only dates on there no sites, anyway you fight a losing battle. On the Saturday I requested a itemised billing from the local vodacom shop. No response for vodacom, On Monday morning I requested the same itemised bill by faxing the same documents to there customer care department. After a half an hour they responded in sending me the itemised bill. After 3 hours I receive the same itemised bill, saying that this was on my request, I never requested the same bill, stupid of me. I am now billed for the same bill twice. They say its my mistake. Thanks vodacom for my stupidity. Be aware vodacom customers.
