* I upgraded my contract 2012/09, i made payments on my account then cell c contacted me to advise the acc is in advance, my son's phone connected to my on a controlchat 100 - they closed my account and did the refund only to now find out they wrongly credit funds back to me 2012/11 they now dt the refund on the conn account my son's phone same disconnected, i phoned to query same advised they will come back to me, i requested statements on both the cell phone accounts since 2012/09 they were going to forward same to me no one comes back to me ito same. They are deducting premiums from my bank acc as from 2012/11 - the payments does not reflect on the account, they are stuffing up my credit rating and reflects an arrears of - R 1 800.00 on the account they only refund me - R 1 260.00, i was advise by the consultant that the accounts dept will phone me they did phone previously but could not get hold of me. I have my phone with me every day when will this be resolved. They are quick to sell something to you but slow to respond if you have a query ito of same. I have had this acc since 2004, somehow someone needs to respond regarding this query.
