I just want to put a complaint in on Nashua Mobile.

The reason for this complaint is that the debited my account after i paid it and i stopped the debit order on that account and when i phone friday i was told that they can only put the request through on tuesday and then it will take another 3 day before i get my refund. So i phoned the bank to hear if i can just reverse the money and they told me they will charge me R70 to do that and why do i need to pay it if nashua mobile messed up, so i phoned back and they said they will put me through to Claire Thomas because she's the lady who works on my account and then she was busy but they said that she will phone me back and still i haven't received any phone call from her... I would like to get interest on my money and bank charges back from Nashua mobile because they urned interst while my money was laying in theyre account where i could have earned interest. This is not the first time that nashua mobile is not doing what they are supposed to be doing i cant wait for my contract to exp to go somewhere else and i will never recomment nashua mobile to anyone.. #very unhappy client again
