Autopage - Once again

I handed my blackberry 9300 in for repairs on the 29 January 2013. I was told it would take three weeks. I have been phoning Autopage Somerset west daily since the three week period expired. For some reason they are not getting a reply from whoever fixes these phones. On Friday 1 March 2013 I went to their office only to be told that the Head Office is in the process of moving and there is now no record of my phone. Somerset West branch advise is to wait because the phone has to reappear eventually. With my Autopage experience this could take months. - Can somebody who actually give a... please sort out this problem. Why must I pay for a service when I do not even have a phone???
