I have a Top Up package with cell c; my subscription is R125 but my bill is coming to R650! How is this possible??? this has been going on from may last year. i have 3 contracts with cell c. my contracts are up to date so i dont understand what nonsense this is. i have been to the cell c store in la lucia they always help by faxing documents to the billing department. but im still being billed over R600 which is ridiculous. im due for an upgrade but im nt able to because of the negilence of cellc's bad service. i would never recommend anyone to take contracts with cellc at anytime
