Does Nashua Mobile know what they are doing?

Sunday 24/02/2013 myself and my father went to Nashua Mobile Clearwater Mall for my long awaited contract upgrade, as I wished to port from MTN to CellC. I ordered and was promised the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 by Wednesday 27/02/2013 but no later than Friday 01/03/2013. When I contacted Nashua
Mobile on Wednesday to view the progress I was informed that it was still out on delivery, then I went in on Friday to see what was happening but was then informed that there was a confusion at Nashua Mobile Head office to that I was then told that I would be contacted no later than closing hours on Friday to which I am still waiting! Will I ever receive the Mobile Phone that I was promised or am I wasting my time when I can move to CellC direct and receive the Mobile Phone on the same day! MTN is still my provider so has anything really been done?
